The mission of the PeaceJam Foundation is to create young leaders committed to positive change in themselves, their communities and the world through the inspiration of Nobel Peace Laureates who pass on the spirit, skills, and wisdom they embody. Young people all over the globe are taking action on the most pressing issues of our time including poverty, racism, hate, disease, environmental degradation, violence and human rights abuses.
Join Dawn Engle as she shares her personal journey that took her from growing up in Detroit, Michigan, working on Capitol Hill, and now working with youth and world peace leaders to make a difference.
PeaceJam is a free community presentations and part of Vail Symposium's "Rethinking Peace: How Women are Making a Difference".
